Getting started

What is Adkanal?

A workspace for admins of public Telegram channels who already sell ads: a public media kit page, prices based on your real numbers, an order form, scheduled posting by the bot, and automatic reports.

What do you take from each deal?

Nothing. Advertisers pay you directly, so there is no payout to wait for and no money of yours sitting with us.

Then how does Adkanal make money?

A monthly subscription for channel admins. The core stays free: media kit, rate card, orders and reports.

Which channels are supported?

Public channels with a @username. Private channels and groups are not supported yet.

Why does the bot need to be a channel admin?

To confirm the channel is really yours, to publish at the booked time, and to unpin or delete the ad when the booked period ends. It needs permission to post, edit and delete messages.

Numbers and pricing

Can you read my channel?

Only public posts from the last 30 days, and only to compute statistics. Subscriber identities and private content are never touched.

Which numbers do you measure?

Median views 24 hours after publishing, engagement rate, posts per day and ads per day. Those are the numbers your media kit shows and your price is built on.

Where does the suggested price come from?

Median 24-hour views x the CPM of your niche / 1,000, adjusted for the ad format. It is a suggestion: accept it or type your own price.

Can advertisers negotiate?

No. Your rate card is fixed, like a price list in a shop. That is what keeps bookings running without you answering messages all day.

How do advertisers pay me?

With whatever you set up during onboarding: bank transfer, QRIS, PayPal, your own details. The bot passes your instructions to the advertiser.

Orders and posting

What does a booking look like from start to finish?

Advertiser fills the form on your page, you approve in the bot, they pay you directly, you mark it paid, it goes live at the booked slot, and both sides get a report.

Who actually publishes the post?

On the paid plan the bot publishes and removes it for you. On the free plan the bot sends you a ready-to-paste post and you press Posted.

What if the advertiser never pays?

The order cancels itself 48 hours after you approve it, and nothing is published. You do not have to chase anyone.

What if I do not answer an order in time?

It expires by itself after 24 hours and the advertiser is told, so nobody is left waiting on you.

What are the limits for ad material?

Telegram's own limits: 1,024 characters with media, 4,096 without, 10 MB photos, 50 MB video. On top of that, the banned words you set for your channel.

What advertisers ask you

I want to advertise. Where do I start?

Open the channel's page, pick a format and a free slot, then submit your material. You see a preview of the exact post before it is sent.

Do I pay Adkanal?

No. You pay the channel admin directly with the details they publish. Adkanal never holds your money.

How do I know my ad really ran?

You get an automatic report with views and clicks, plus a link to the published post.

What if the admin asks for changes?

You get the reason and a link to edit your material, so the booking continues instead of starting over.

How are clicks counted?

Every link is wrapped in a tracking redirect and only unique, non-bot clicks count. Preview fetches by Telegram are excluded, so the number is not inflated.

Still unsure?

The same answers live inside the bot, in your language, each marked with whether it is switched on yet.
