Who this covers
Anyone who starts the bot, books an ad through a channel page, or opens a link published through the service.
What we store about you
From Telegram we store your numeric user id, your @username and first name if you have them, and your language choice. We never ask for an email address, a phone number, or a password, and Telegram never gives us your phone number.
What we read from a channel
Only public posts from the last 30 days of a channel that its own admin connected, and only to compute median views, engagement rate, posts per day and ad load. We do not read private channels, groups, member lists, or anyone's direct messages.
How clicks are counted
When someone opens a tracked link we do not store their IP address or their browser string. Both are combined with a secret and today's date into a one-way hash that only tells us whether two clicks came from the same visitor on the same day. The hash changes every day, so it cannot follow anyone over time or be turned back into an identity.
Payment data
Advertisers pay channel admins directly, so we never see or hold that money and never receive card or bank details. For an admin's own subscription we keep only what proves it was paid: a licence key or an invoice reference. Card details stay with the payment provider, under their own privacy policy.
Who else sees it
We do not sell data and we do not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts on our pages. Data leaves us only where the service cannot work without it: Telegram for sending messages and posts, our database host, and the payment provider for a subscription.
How long we keep it
Order records, reports and channel statistics are kept while the channel is connected, because both sides may need to look back at a completed campaign. The creative files (photo/video) you upload are deleted from our servers automatically 1 day after the ad goes live — after that only the post in the channel itself remains — and after 5 days if the order never went live (rejected, expired or cancelled). Debug logs are kept short-term for fixing faults. Remove a channel or ask us to close your account and its data is deleted.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and you can stop the service at any time by removing the bot from your channel. Indonesian law (UU PDP 27/2022) gives users these rights, and we apply them to everyone regardless of country.
Age
The service is a business tool for channel owners and advertisers and is not intended for children.
Changes to this page
If what we store changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Material changes are announced through the bot.
