What the service is
A tool for admins of public Telegram channels to publish a media kit, receive ad bookings, publish the agreed post, and report on it. It is not an advertising network, not a broker, and not a payment service.
Who may use it
You may connect a channel only if you are genuinely an administrator of it; the bot verifies this with Telegram. Advertisers may book only with material they have the right to publish.
Your prices are yours
Suggested prices are a calculation from your own numbers, nothing more. You set the final rate card, the formats you sell, the slots you open, and the ad categories you refuse.
Money between advertiser and admin
Advertisers pay channel admins directly. We take no commission, hold no funds, and are not a party to that payment. Disagreements about a payment, a refund, or the quality of a campaign are between the advertiser and the admin.
Ad material
The advertiser is responsible for what is in the ad, and the admin decides whether to publish it. Illegal material, and anything Telegram's own terms forbid, is not allowed. The admin's banned-word list and approval step are the deciding filter.
Free and paid plans
The free plan keeps the media kit, bookings and basic reports working. The paid plan adds automatic posting and fuller reports, is billed monthly, and can be stopped at any time; it then runs to the end of the period already paid for.
Availability
We try to keep the service running and honest about its failures, but it depends on Telegram and on infrastructure we do not own. Scheduled posts can fail for reasons outside our control; when they do, the failure is recorded, retried, and escalated for a human to see rather than hidden.
Suspension
We may suspend a channel or an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or puts other users at risk. We will say why.
Limits
The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for lost income, lost bookings, or damages arising from use of the service, and nothing here limits rights you have under Indonesian consumer law that cannot be waived.
Changes
These terms may change as the service grows; the date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
