What you need
- A public Telegram channel with a @username (private channels and groups are not supported).
- You must be an admin of the channel; the bot checks this with Telegram before anything is listed.
- Enough posts in the last 30 days for statistics (the bot needs at least 5 posts older than 24 hours to compute median views).
Step 1 — connect the channel (about 5 minutes)
Add @AdkanalAppBot as an administrator with the rights to post, edit and delete messages. The bot reads your last 30 days of public posts and computes median views per post, engagement rate, posts per day and ad load. It never reads your subscriber list or any private chat.
Step 2 — set your rate card
Pick a niche and a currency. The bot suggests a price for a 24-hour post from your real median views and the niche CPM; the other formats follow automatically. Accept the suggestion or type your own numbers. You can change prices any time in the dashboard.
Step 3 — tell the bot how advertisers pay you
Bank transfer, QRIS, PayPal or your own wording. This is shown to the advertiser only after you approve an order. The money goes straight to your account; Adkanal never holds it and takes no commission.
Step 4 — share your media kit
Your channel gets a public page at /@username with the statistics, the rate card and a booking calendar. Put the link in your channel description or a pinned post. Advertisers book there instead of negotiating in your DMs.
What happens when an order arrives
The order lands in the bot with the material, the format, the slot and the price. You tap Approve, Reject or Ask for changes within 24 hours. After approval the advertiser pays you directly and has 48 hours to do so; when the money is in your account you tap "Money has arrived". At the booked time the post goes up — pasted by you from the ready text the bot sends (free plan) or posted, pinned and deleted automatically by the bot (Premium). About 24 hours later both you and the advertiser receive the views + clicks report.
What it costs you
The free plan has no time limit and no card: media kit, orders, payment instructions and reports are all included. Premium is a monthly subscription for the automation listed below — it changes only who posts, whether the "Advertise here" line can be hidden, and how many channels you can connect.
Deadlines the system enforces
- The channel owner has 24 hours to approve, reject or ask for changes — otherwise the order expires by itself.
- After approval the advertiser has 48 hours to pay the owner — otherwise the order cancels itself and nothing is posted.
- Slots start at least 12 hours ahead by default, so the owner has time to review the material.
- If the post is not up 12 hours after the booked slot, the order is flagged, both sides are told and an operator sees it.
- The report (views at 1, 6 and 24 hours, unique clicks, CTR, cost per 1,000 views) is sent about 24 hours after the post goes live.

How do I know what to charge?
